My coaching approach uses Appreciative Inquiry as a methodology which 'Focuses on what is working well and builds on it', and develops the confidence to do things differently. I operate with the principle, 'What we focus on becomes reality', so you are guided to develop a plan to make the 'main thing', the main thing by making the time necessary to meet your goal. Working with me, we leverage the importance of valuing differences in building teams and teamwork. I believe in coaching the whole person with their values in mind, and not just the task at hand. Recognizing that an individual’s values drive their decisions or lack of decision making.
